The Distance Between

This is a series of visual essays which explore the notion of distance and distancing in the context of the seaside. In this series, the distance is measured not with numbers but with a personal and abstract measure. This artwork, installed at Great Eastern Square and Felixstowe Pier, invites viewers to explore distance and our relationship with the sea. Commissioned by Channel Festival; curated by Pier Projects; supported by Suffolk County Council.
